I’m a qualified doctor and work as privately and in the NHS as a GP. I founded The Practice to offer a more empowering, personalised, and holistic approach to health combining lifestyle medicine and coaching based on the best available evidence.
I’m passionate about helping people live well. My approach blends clinical expertise with a human, holistic approach.
Through one to one sessions, I guide you to restore rhythm, improve energy, and live intentionally focusing on real-life habits that make lasting impact.
